He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Rogers; his children, Dr. Roxanne Rogers-Darrell (Christopher), Angela Denise Rogers, William Babe Rogers Jr. and Dr. Jami Alexis Rogers; his grandchildren, Xavier "Fro" Rogers, Ainye Rogers, Nicole Darrell and Willow Rogers; his great grandchild Kaprice Rogers; his siblings, John P. Rogers Jr., Barbara "Bobbie" Hamblin and Sallie Kay Carpenter; his nieces and nephews, Billy Hamblin, James Hamblin, John P. Rogers III, Christian Rogers, Edna Caldwell, Davina Carpenter and Ebony Carpenter; and his cousin Tommy "Log" Ferguson.
