He is survived by: his sons, David Tilden Phillips (Judy Hockensmith) and Kerry Lee Phillips; his sister Patricia Foust; his niece Debbie Foust; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Nathaniel, Angel, Emma and Christopher; Michael Foust.
