She is survived by: her children, Angie Phipps of Lewisburg, Ronnie Phipps Jr. of Virgie and Randy Phipps of Martin; her grandchildren, Austin Phipps, Matthew Phipps, Justin Phipps and Kristen Brooke Phipps; and her great grandchildren, Jalen Phipps, Kendyll Phipps, Peyton Phipps, Stella Phipps and Sophie Phipps.
