He is survived by: his children, Lori Born (Jeremy), Jessie Fulton (Kaylee), Jarrod Fulton (Rachel) and Hargis Shane Fulton (Andrea); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Tyler), Samantha, Hayden, Carson, Andrew, Jase, Eli, Bryce, Patricia, Logan, Ethan, William and Robert; his great grandchildren, Aspen Rose and Greyson; his sister Penny; his niece Nicole; and his nephew Sean. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
