He is survived by: his wife Janice Phipps; his children, Candie Perry (Tony), April Adams (Scotty), Mitchella Phipps of Lexington, KY and Kelly Phipps (Migdalia); his stepdaughters, Stephanie Bledsoe (Eddie) and Stacie Wallace; his sisters, Joyce Isaac and Sandra Bentley (Johnny) of Letcher County, KY; his grandchildren, Gracen, Rossi, Lucas, Hannah, Chloe, Hayley, Trevor, Mason, Jagger, Marlee, Rowdy, Brooks, Michael and Evan; and his great grandchild Layne. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
