He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Decker and Mallie Geary Decker; his children, Debbie Yates and Wayne Decker; and his siblings, George, Roosevelt Decker, Ora Travis, Mary Mudd, Mildred Nash, Aline Cummings, Fannie Mudd, Sarah Stinson and Maybelle Decker.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Edgley (Brett) of Fort Valley, Georgia; his daughter-in-law Evelyn Decker; his siblings, Harrison Decker and Alice Decker; and his stepson Paul Tomes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
