He is survived by: his daughter Kim Botkins of Ghent; his brothers, Jonathan Day of Hanover and Mark Day of Milton, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Abbigail Botkins and Anthony Botkins; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Patrick, Grayson Botkins and Kingston Botkins.
