It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles G. Purvis of Milton, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Purvis and Margaret Purvis (Maddox); his former wife Dorothy Richmond; his daughter Charlotta Purvis; his siblings, Mary Cooper, Ruby Mullins (Ezra), Julia B. Purvis, Morris Purvis (Myrtle) and Lindsey Purvis (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Maddelyn Purvis.

He is survived by: his wife Ola Boone; his daughter Virginia Jackson (Rick) of Carrollton, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Gary Heath of Indiana, Pam Foster of Indiana, Jeff Heath of Indiana and Aaron Heath of Indiana; his brother Kenneth Purvis of Madison; and his sister-in-law Jean Richmond of Milton. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Grace Point Baptist Church.
