She is survived by : her mother Myra L. Mahoney Hinman of Milton, Kentucky; her husband Todd Perry of Milton, Kentucky; her children, Breanna "Bree" Perry (Micah Kates) of Richmond, Kentucky, Alex Perry (Ashley) of Madison and Reggie Perry (June) of Nashville, Tennessee; her grandsons, Mason, Liam, Henry and Walker; her siblings, Faith McKay (Brian) of Milton, Kentucky and Darrin Hinman of Milton, Kentucky; her mother-in-law Shirley Hamilton of Milton, Kentucky; her sisters-in-law, Jackie Goode of Bedford and Beth Ann Smith of Hanover, Indiana; and her aunts and uncles, Ruth Shadday of Vevay, David, Brenda Richmond of Bedford, Darrell Mahoney of Madison and Rannie Mahoney of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
