He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward D. Moore and Mary Caroline Schurmeier Moore; and his close friend E. J. Weston. He is survived by : his close friend Judy Turner Weston of Milton, Kentucky; and also, Corey Tingle of Milton, Darren Tingle of Madison, Deven Tingle of Madison, Indiana, Dalton Tingle, Morgan Tingle, Laken Tingle and Daelynn Tingle.
