She is survived by: her siblings, Crystal Murphy of Milton, Kentucky and Michael C. Murphy (Debbie) of Middletown, Ohio; her stepdaughter Leslie Ann Wilson of Madison, Indiana; and her stepgrandson Storm Neace of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
