He was predeceased by : his parents, Buford M. Leach and Nancy J. Leach (Harmon); and his brother Tony Leach. He is survived by : his wife Lona Leach (Amburgey); his children, Pamela Doolin (Eric) of Ghent, Renaye Dickerson (John) of Worthville, Kentucky and Kenny Duncan (Leslie) of Carrollton, Kentucky; and his brothers, Ricky Leach (Dayna) of Bedford and David Leach of Bedford. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
