He is survived by: his children, Robert Collins (Donna) of Shelbyville, Michael Collins (Marsha) of Tollesboro, KY and Teresa Smith of Lexington, KY; his daughter-in-law Shelia Collins of Augusta, KY; his grandsons, John William Collins (Rita Gray), Joseph Michael Collins (Candie) of Pikeville, KY and Nicholas Andrew Collins (Samantha) of Tollesboro, KY; his great grandchildren, Austin, Andrew, Daelyna and Ben Collins; and his great great grandchildren, Linden and Rowan Collins. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
