She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Byron "Nick" and Josephine Slone Martin. She is survived by: her husband Kevin S. Henry; her daughter Lauren Salyer (Lucas) of Elkhorn City, KY; her children-in-law, Dakota, Connor and Perry Co; her siblings, Dr. Kenneth Ray Martin (Sandra Carol) of Murfreesboro, TN, Denzil Byron Martin (Beverly) of Dwale, KY, Jennifer Lou Patton (Rondal Lee) of Hueysville, KY and Connie Jo Martin (Silas) of Littcarr, KY; and her grandchildren, Caroline Elizabeth and Brady Allen Salyer.
