He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Parmley and Lyda Parmley (Stringer); his daughter Bethany Rose; and his siblings, Rex, Eric, Larry, Jerry, Mark Parmley, Charlotte Crouch, Janet Bates and Niakio Parmley.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Parmley; his children, Barry Kyle Parmley and Ashley Brooke Taylor; his brother Dale Parmley; his grandchildren, Cadyn Downs (Chris), Riley Rose, Noah Taylor, Nehemiah Taylor and Hannah Taylor; and his great grandchild Daniel Joseph Rook Downs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
