He is survived by: his wife Diane Parmley; his children, Barry Kyle Parmley and Ashley Brooke Taylor; his brother Dale Parmley; his grandchildren, Cadyn Downs (Chris), Riley Rose, Noah Taylor, Nehemiah Taylor and Hannah Taylor; and his great grandchild Daniel Joseph Rook Downs.
