With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bess Oatts Anderson of Monticello, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby David "Shell" and Gladys Oatts (Gossage); her husband Earl "Bud" Anderson; her siblings, William "Bill" Oatts and Doris Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Janette Oatts (Ramsey), Imogene Kendrick (Anderson), Carol Ann Morris, Kenneth Cooper and Lloyd Morris.
She is survived by: her children, David Bell (Rhonda) of Monticello and Lenell Jackson (Tim) of Corbin, KY; her stepson Roger Anderson (Lisa) of Florida; her grandchildren, Shelby Bell (Rebekah), Camrin Bell (Taylor), Michaela Bell, Drew Bell (Mary Morgan) and Whitney Bell; her great grandchildren, Lylia, Elynore, Lochlyn, Eliza Jane, Mary Louise Bell and Keldon Garcia; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Bell Norrick (Jim) and Rita Bell Green.
