He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovie Turner and Ruby Turner (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Turner; his sons, Matthew Turner (Toni) and Ryan Turner (Penny); his grandchildren, Jonathon Branscum, Addison Turner and Katelyn Turner; and his brother Phillip Bruce Turner (late Luta Ellen Turner).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633).
