He is survived by: his wife Donna Seals Chasteen; his daughter Lisa Hernandez; his grandchildren, Tiffany Hernandez and Cody Hernandez; and his siblings, Wayne Chasteen, Carol Bishop and Marie Kirkey. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
