She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Crabtree and Beulah Crabtree (Sexton); her husband Earl Coffey; and her siblings, Betty Bell, Wendell, Joe Louis, Bill, Mintford, Earl and Arnold Crabtree.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Coffey (Patricia), Sherry Upchurch (Clyde) and Jimmy Coffey (Mickie); her grandchildren, Jamie Dobbs (Tyler), Julia Gaines, Whitney Tweedy (JP), Phillip Coffey, Patrick Coffey (Chelsea), Sherry Lynn Dobbs and Scott Upchurch; her grandson-in-law Patrick Gaines; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Jade Tweedy, Dillon Upchurch, Autumn Upchurch, Amanda McKenney, DayLynn Monday, Addalynn, Brentlee, Aviley, Benjamin, Bram Coffey, Madison, Kim Denney, Harrison, Brenna and Camden Gaines; and her siblings, Jean Griffin and Robert Crabtree.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Hospice of Lake Cumberland or Missouri Hollow Baptist Church.
