She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Alice Burns and Hess; her husband Roger Clifton Taylor; her sons, Steven Clifton Taylor and Bradford Guy "Brad" Taylor; and her siblings, Julia Eileen "Judy" Kerr and Craig Leon Burns.
She is survived by: her daughter Hope Bass (Sam); her grandchildren, Jimmy, Allison and Jeremy; her daughter-in-law Kathi Kerr-Taylor; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Christina, Melissa, Laura, Thomas and Matthew; her daughter-in-law Debbie Taylor Nolan; her grandchildren, Clifton Guy Taylor (Rebecca), Jason Wayne Taylor (Samantha Huff) and Mackenna Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Cheyanne, Emilee and Gracie. She is also survived by grandmother, relative, and friend.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
