He was predeceased by: his mother Carlene Turpin (Turner); and his grandparents, Elisha William Turpin, Ruth Alexander Turpin and Jack Turner. He is survived by: his father John Turpin (Anita); his child Makayln Hunter; his sister Jackie Reed; his grandmother Lois Turner; his nieces, Cheyenne Nevels and Rachel Stieber; his nephew Ezra Nevels; his great-nephews, Colt Nevels and Theodore Steiber; and his close friend Starr Best.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
