She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Irene Settles and Bush; her husband Ernest Sams, Jr.; her siblings, Clifford, Jimmy, Ronnie Settles, Diane Martin and Veda Settles; and her grandchild Devin Caves.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy and Tiffini (Brian Smith); her stepson Ernest (Spank); her grandchildren, Whitney Spencer (Devin Dowell), Natalie (Dob Lowe), Thomas Spencer, Dylan Caves, Collin Spencer, Colson Spencer, Jonathan Sams and Zachary Sams; and her great grandchildren, Dawson Caves and Raelynn Dowell.
