He is survived by: his wife Wilma Slagle; his son Byrant Slagle (Susan); his grandchildren, Easton and Colson Slagle; and his siblings, Betty Leatherman, Janie Flynn, Madine Kelsay, Janice Stevens, Joe Slagle and Carolyn Abbott.
