She is survived by: her husband Gary Massengale; her children, Tim Massengale (Jennifer), Stephen Massengale (Angela) and Kimberly Farlee (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Melody Stanfield (Christopher), Chloe Wright (Jacob), Shelby Decker (Dylan), Taylor Massengale, Stephanie Massengale, Gabe Massengale and Henry Farlee; her great grandchild Shepherd Stanfield; and her siblings, Danny Tuggle (Kathy) and Sue Upchurch.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
