He is survived by: his children, Stacey Kennedy, Stephanie Tackett (Vincent) and Amy Kidd (Brian); his grandchildren, Elaine Sadler (David) and Brady Kidd; his great grandchild Kyler Ray Sadler; his close friend Ruby Key; and his sisters, Lucy Barrier (Johnny), Flonnie Campbell, Jr. (Troy), Bonnie Rector (James) and Christine Abbott (Roy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
