He is survived by: his children, Laura Spence of Carthage, Michael Spence (Darla) of New Castle and Brian Spence of Monticello, KY; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jerrod, Daniel, Elizabeth, Tiffany, Joseph, Hunter, Haiden, Ericka, Leanna, Kylee, Kalen and Kody; his siblings, Sharon Kline (Russell) and Larry Spence (Lisa); and his siblings-in-law, Norma Jean Kenny and Larry Marsh (Ginny). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
