She is survived by: her children, Eric Crabtree (Casey), Jennifer Cortes (Lanny), Tiffany Gladish (Andy) and Kyle Hicks; her grandchildren, Tyqilia, Kathryn, Eric, Jr., Thomas, Weindae, Emilee, Ezekiel, Miguel (Jasmine), Malaki (Maddie), Mercedes, Alex (Hailey), Kaylee, Andrew, Carson, Phoenix and Asher; her siblings, Pamela McGuire, Roger Crabtree and Tony Crabtree; her friend P. J. Hicks; and her pet Penelope. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
