He is survived by: his mother Mildred Phipps (Guffey); his wife Rosemary Phipps (Neal); his children, Jason Phipps (April) and Heather Piercy (Justin); his grandchildren, Destiny Montoya (Erick), Cody Phipps (Emily), Jacob Piercy, Hailey Piercy and Jordan Piercy; his sisters, Elissa Phipps and Lenora De-Hay; his sister-in-law Shelia Davis (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Kaylyn and Taylor Davis. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
