He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie, Brooklyn Spradlin and Christen Smedley; his siblings, Cheryl "Annie" Dishman, Angel Spradlin, Paula Gregory, Charles Spradlin and Andric Ingram; and his grandchildren, Jaslynn, Jaxon Gregory, Brylynn, Raelynn, Kaygen, Kaycen, Kycen Daniels, Brantley, Emma, Adalynn Walters, Atlas, Aden, Fabian and Aurora Hockensmith.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
