He is survived by: his wife Judy Dobbs; his sons, Randall Dobbs (Shanon) and Mark Dobbs (Janna); his grandchildren, Micah, Levi, Santana, Jacob, Hannah and Luke; and his siblings, Jim Dobbs, Steve Dobbs, Anna Hodge, Connie Bales and Ruby Dobbs.
