He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Floyd and Trecia Floyd; his son Thomas Russell Floyd, Jr.; his grandparents, Clarence, Letha Davis, Elden and Stella Floyd; and his sister Rita Pabon.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy Gregory (Russell) and Casey Jo Fultz; his grandchildren, Cody Troxell, Katie Ann Fultz, Serenity Rose Fultz, Malcolm Fultz and Barry Fultz; his sister Charlotte Floyd; and his sibling's children, Liana Pabon and Anthony Pabon.
