He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Balwinski; his grandson Tyrion Balwinski; his siblings, Thomas, Jerry, Lewis, Melvin, Robin and Matha Tibbs; his nieces and nephews, Sandra West, Christina Hammond, Ashley Ivie, Rukia Hammond, Joe Hammond and Declan Bussell; his great-nieces, Cadynce West and Xaivea West; and his nephew Shawn (Zackery).
