He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ramsey and Edna Ramsey (Guffey); and his siblings, Perry Roy Ramsey (Anna) and Linda Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Dean; his children, Darin Ramsey, Tonya Ramsey Abeln and Crystal Ramsey; his grandsons, Luke and Todd; and his siblings, Rick Ramsey (Donna), Wanda Barber (Ron) and Geraldine Guffey (Jack).
