She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Hendricks and Bonnie Hendricks; and her brothers, Mike Hendricks, Ronnie Hendricks and Bruce Hendricks.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Burnett; her sons, Nicholas Burnett (Misty) and Jason Burnett (Sylvia); her grandchildren, Abigail Predmore, Ethan Baldree, Maddie and Faith Burnett; her great grandchild Laurel Predmore; and her siblings, David Hendricks, Robert Hendricks and Angie Hendricks.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
