He was predeceased by : his parents, Bascom "Batch" Alley and Effie Alley (Parmley); and his siblings, Lonnie Earl Alley, Thelma Alley and Margaret June Wilson.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Alley; his daughter SuzAnne Williams; his granddaughter Chloe Williams; and his siblings, Bernice Langdon (Maurice), Joyce Alley and Russell Alley (Sandra).
