He is survived by: his children, Steven McCalvin (Sheena) of Olympia and Angie McCalvin of Ashland; his siblings, Anthony "Tony" McCalvin (Rita) of Salt Lick and Janet Hendricks (Donald) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Matthew McHenry, Zachary Steven McCalvin, Victoria Marie Smith and Katherine Grace "Katy Did" McCalvin.
