She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Christine Mullins Stacy (Tom) of Morehead, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Brandon Stacy and Coty Stacy; and her great grandchildren, Gauge Stacy, Colton Stacy and Raelynn Norman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
