He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Sargent of Morehead; his children, Tosha Lee (Billy) of Clarksville, Aleshia Oakes (Taylor) of Clarksville, Kacy Butler of Savannah, Georgia, Larry Butler (Kasidy) of New Braunfels and Travis Butler (Cassidy) of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Oliver Butler and Amara Butler; his siblings, Jeffrey Butler (Donna) of Olive Hill, Frankie Butler (Jill) of Morehead, Daniel Butler of Clearfield and Melissa Butler of Morehead; his brother-in-law Terry McKinney of Morehead; and his close friends, Darryl Brown and Lee Dupuy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
