He is survived by: his wife Helen Sexton Lewis Staton; his daughters, Tammy Ferguson (Gene) and Teresa Fultz (Tim); his stepchildren, Edward Staton (Arnetta) of Morehead and Audrey Staton, Jr. of Morehead; his grandchildren, April Ratliff (Charlie), Tessa Thomas, Brent Staton (Janessa), Andrew Reynolds (Tabatha), Justin Reynolds (Heather), LeTerra Perkins (Nathan), Ryan Howard (Courtney), Davin Bell and Danielle Staton; his great grandchildren, Brooke Gevedon (Ryan), Ethan, Kyndall Ratliff, Bennett, Tucker Thomas, Grace, Abigail Staton, Mason, Isabelle, Layla Reynolds, Xyla, Mai Reynolds, Riley Perkins, Brice and Charli Howard; his great great grandchild Reese Gevedon; his niece Regina Hopwood; his nephew David Wooten; and his brother-in-law Archie Walton. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
