He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Patrick and Bessie Patrick; his sisters, Juanita Miller (Bob) and Freda Tussey (Curt); and his former wife Donna Patricia Patrick (Ingold).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Patrick (Priscilla), Jeffrey Patrick (Melisa) and Leslie Ann Cecil (Bruce); his wife Doris Patrick (McCormick); his stepchildren, Teresa Blanton (Mike) and Kevin McCormick (Nicole); his grandsons, JD Patrick, Ethan and Alex Cecil; his son-in-law Bruce Cecil; his great grandchild Nicholas Hargett; and also Randy Barker. He is also survived by her three grandsons, two granddaughters, and one great-grandson.
