He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Green Johnson; his sisters, Tommie Stone (Rick) of Morehead, Edna Allen of Morehead and Renee White of Clearfield; his stepchildren, Heather Johnson, Kayla Colliver, Kaleb Hill and Alex Green; and his stepgrandchildren, Nevaeh Johnson, Chance and Chantler Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
