She is survived by: her parents, Bill Bolen and Janice Adkinson Bolen of Morehead; her children, Desiree Bolen (Mercedes Osborne) of Lexington, Gregory Brakke of Morehead, Kentucky, William Brakke of Opelika, Alabama, Raelyn Brakke of Moreauville, Louisiana, Emmalee Estep of Grayson, Kentucky and Ashleigh Estep of Morehead, Kentucky.; her granddaughter Isabella Brakke; her siblings, Cliff Bain of Mission, Jeremy Bolen of Leland, Travis Bolen of Greenville, Brenda Morgan of Calvert City, Brandi Fields of Louisa and Jennifer Lee of DeKalb, Illinois; and her caregiver Carin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
