He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Adkins and Lilly Trent Adkins; and his brothers, Troy Adkins and Kenny Adkins. He is survived by : his siblings, Delmer Adkins of Morehead, Leroy Adkins of Morehead, Alta Franks of Morehead, Coy Adkins of Morehead, Everett Adkins of Tennessee, Bonnie Boggs of Tennessee, Jack Adkins of Ohio and Mary Jo Mabry of Ohio; and his close friend Angie Randolph of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
