He is survived by : his children, Christy Forrest of Paris, Nicholas Prather of Carter County, Ashley Prather of Carter County, Elizabeth Collins of Carter County and Rebecca Collins of Carter County; and his brothers, Douglas J. Prather (Debbie) of Morehead and Perry Prather (Joy) of Morehead. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
