He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sharon Pennington Lewis and Carl Nick Dann; his great-grandparents, William Curtis "Curt" Pennington and Ferne James Pennington; and his uncles, Gary Pennington and Michael Dann.
He is survived by: his parents, Nikki Dann Rushka of Morehead and David Todd Mabry of Umatilla, Florida.; his daughter Madeleine "Maddie" Cole of Lexington; his brothers, Travis Mabry, Johnny Bradley and Joshua Bradley; his grandparents, Gerald Mabry of Umatilla and Faye Warren of Tavares; his cousin Chance Pennington of Jordan, Utah; and his friend Jesse "Creek" Moore. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
