She is survived by: her children, Scotty Roy Carmichael (Gabriella Nedelman) of Maysville, Claudia Lynn Pollitt (Jimmie Alberton) of Maysville, Felicia Ann Tuel (Christopher) of Maysville and Tasha Nicole Campbell (Billy) of Flemingsburg; her grandchildren, Brianna Tuel, Tyler Tuel, Vada Tuel, Gracie Tuel, Amber Campbell, Kaiden Campbell, Hunter Carmichael, Levi Carmichael and Asher Carmichael; her siblings, Clarence Gallagher (Darlene) of Hillsboro, Larry Gallagher of Bath County, David Gallagher of Bath County, Paul Gallagher (Melissa) of Knott County, Elizabeth Helphenstine of Flemingsburg, Verna Garrett (Don) of Alexandria, Mary Black of Morehead and Deborah Roland (William) of Mt. Sterling; and her brothers-in-law, Randall Carmichael of Wallingford and Justin Carmichael of Maysville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.
