He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Henry Lewis and Queenie Pauline Evans Lewis; and his brothers, Danny Lewis and Donnie Lewis. He is survived by: his son Derek; his daughter-in-law Karen Lewis of Morehead; his grandson Christian Lewis (Emily) of Morehead; his great grandchild Boone Cefali; and his siblings, David Lewis (Ava) of Bolckow, Missouri, Marvina Reeves (Doug) of Lexington and Marie Wilson (Roger) of Lexington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
