He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Mayse and Betty Howard Mayse. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ross Mayse; his children, Zachary Daniel Mayse (Aqua) of Mount Sterling and Chelsea Claudett Mayse of Morehead; his grandson Oliver Mayse; his brothers, John Mayse (Myra) of Morehead and Dennis Mayse of Lexington; his son Doug Mayse of Morehead; his pet Yuri Mayse; and his granddaughter Bria. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
