She is survived by: her parents, Angela Black of Morehead and Danny Adrian Perry (Libby) of Bedford, Kentucky.; her daughter Zelda Storm Perry of Bedford, Kentucky; her brother Josh Perry (Bria) of Bedford, Kentucky; her stepsisters, Tiffany Schrader of Pendleton and Angel Hord of Bedford, Kentucky; her grandparents, Lemuel Jr. and Phyllis Curtis Black of Morehead; and her nieces and nephews, Gunnar Adkins, Diesel Ray Perry, Meadow Perry and Lillian Perry. She is also survived by cousins; and extended family and friends.
