She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldman G. Forman and Gladys Forman (Hall); her husband Bill M. Armstrong of Morehead; and her siblings, Douglas Forman, Kenneth Forman, Larry Forman and Mary Forman.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Armstrong of Middletown, IN and Tana Armstrong (Teresa Miles) of Daleville, IN; her grandchildren, Dustin Armstrong (Jessica) of Middletown, Crystal Armstrong of Middletown, IN and Leah Armstrong-Veliz (Joe) of Edinburg, TX; her stepgrandsons, Miles Parsons of Middletown, IN and Andrew Parsons (Luz) of San Diego, CA; her great grandchildren, Carter Armstrong, Natalie Armstrong, Jacob Ross, Hannah Ross, Madi Garcia, Emma Veliz, Lakin York and Lilith Armstrong; her great great grandchildren, Kaden, Kashton and Camden Ross; and her brother-in-law Freddy Armstrong (Debbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at the New Alfrey Cemetery - Ky (Morehead, KY 40351).
